★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't have given 1 star also.. but no option to give -ve stars.. The guy named PREM is not at all responsive. I was promised to get the AC installed the next day of purchase but he didn't get that done. When I asked he promised for next day early morning by 10 which was also not done. I told him that I needed it on very urgent basis but he didn't care about it.. He is not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. Worst service even after multiple followups.. He acts smart that he is not able to listen to the voice when I call him. He just plays with customers.
