It has hundreds of apartments , Row Houses , Twin Bungalows and individual bungalows .It's like heaven for the residence of this township. It was developed by Shri Girish Lahoti a visionary builder in Vidharbha . Township have one big lawn where one can host gathering of 2000 and it is for events like marriage and other parties . Bhakti Dham is a krishna temple where residence enjoy spiritual activities and kids have toys to play . For small programs it has amphitheater . Washim in actual is small city but Tirupati city is a jewel in its treasure.
