The area is quite secured by ample no. of guards which are there 24x7 in the vicinity. Influential Business persons, Government and Bank officials stay there. Facilities such as RO purified water and Power Back up are available in every house and flat. Amphitheatre and Playground are also located there which is a good attraction for weekends. World class hospital Secura is also located nearby. Thus it is a great place to stay and grow up.

One of most likely Tirupati city in Washington district, a high class Recidancy we call it. Store, is available inside the city to get Golsary and vegetables.
