★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Kalkaji Titan store with Dr prescription. At the time of booking Mr Shahrukh Optometrist examined my eyes and found there is change in my number. There was a big mistake is doctor's prescription in the axis as well as number. He prescribed me actual number and I booked high index clear sight lenses. And the experience has been good so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Kalkaji store today and the experience was very unpleasant. Staff lacks basic courtesy and is very rude, show no respect for elderly. Had some greviences concerning spectacles my father got made last week. Mr. Shahrukh Sheikh not just failed to address our complaints but made us feel why we gave gone back to them. Strongly suggest avoid going to this store. Have given ONE star only because I wanted to reach out to people else they don't deserve any.
