★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let us not talk about professionalism of this store. Ordered spectacles. informed them about my travel plans. asked them whether they make it ready by Tuesday 8pm.. I was told that it will be ready but when I went to collect my order , they are saying that it is not ready. My request to the management are the following?
1. if u cannot deliver on time atleast inform the customer so that they do not have to come and waste their time, energy and money.
2. I will travel for 10 days , that means I will not get my spects till that time..hence my request will be ,to refund my advance as I am not going to your store again.
3. please get your professionalism intact so that you donot lose any other customer in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality of Frame. Highly overpriced. My glass cost 14K and it does not even fit well on the nose. It is slipping from the nose every second and gives a guaranteed headache all day. Experience was a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great first time experience. Friendly and efficient staff. Delivery experience could be improved upon though - I had to enquire on the status and come in rather than the store informing that my specs are ready. Would still recommmend though.
