Went there for my mother. We made a new spectacle but the lens was never fitted properly. The lens is almost coming out of the frame and one has to handle it really subtly. When I complained, first time they tried to fix it by sending it to the lab. But the issue was never fixed. I went again and showed them the issue but the person then tried to fix with hands and which obviously did not fit the lens properly. I gave up after that. I just feel it was a wastage of my money. I now have to visit another doctor...

I got a slightly higher priced frame at a 50 percent discount under an offer and a really good collection of specs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Dr. Ananyabrata Das very much experienced, cooperative having the patience to listen patients problem and provide guidance and help accordingly. The other staffs and medical attendants are cooperative and helpful. The person in charge of spectacle department is always ready to extend suggestions as per patient requirements. Overall ambience is very much professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with eye specialist doctor and the other attendence is very good. I have no complaint with that. But I will never buy contact lenses from their store and not suggesting anyone to buy any contact lenses from there store. I bought contact lenses with 1300 rp but after one month with only one use I found that one lense cut from edge and could not use it. When I told them they did not change my lense or help any other way. And that's why I lose my 1300 rp in this type of fake product. Please don't buy any contact lenses from them because they have not any exchange or refund policy if the products have any problem with you.
The store attendence says now to buy another lenses at the same price thats how I can save my loses. How funny offer is this? Already I have lost my money in this and now I have to spend more for this type of product ? This is the way how you help your customers? Then sorry to say that I don't wanna your help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really happy with Health and Vision services as I was delivered my glasses at my house which almost no spectacle shops care about. I got a blue cut lens with a huge discount and took their buy 1 get 1 offer for my glasses and lens. Arup and Uttam helped me a lot with my purchase and offered to deliver it to my house as I stay busy.
Health and Vision is an old shop and has continued to be better over the last decade. There are paediatric and general doctors available as well
