The shop is well equipped with the brands like Jaguar, Johnson etc. And above all, the behaviour of the staff is really commendable. They are always available to serve the needs of the customer and they always endeavor to meet their satisfication. Five plus stars from my side.

After 2 months of buying , when I installed my “Johnson commodes”, I had issues with the product.
I registered a complaint & nobody came to resolve it. We didn’t even received a docket number from Johnson Customer centre. we had to repair a new unused product out of our own pocket.
Johnson sanitary products are definitely not recommended.
Edit and update: In response to the owner’s reply, it was informed to you not once but 3 times. Spoke to your staff. They said they would complain on my behalf& I would receive a complaint number but after repeated calling I received no number and your staff stopped taking my calls as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behavior was fabulous when I visited the store for initial 1 or 2 times. Many promises were made that they will provide items at best rate, change tiles box if found broken, provide me with ebill becoz it's quite expected that you might misplace the hard copy of bill, take return of unused items if they are in packed/sealed state, etc., etc...
Things took a 180° turn when I made the initial payment.
I reached out to them to change my broken tiles box - they said that it's quite expected that 20% will be broken and I have to accept that. They provided me with 2 piece of extra tiles against 8 boxes(almost 16pc) of damaged box.
I bought few discounted items of Jaquar, Johnson, etc. as per their recommendations. During delivery, they said that those are not available in store now. Now as I already paid them the amount and that can't be refunded, they made me buy higher ranged items. Till this point also it might be acceptable; but as I lost my hard copy of original bill(items which they couldn't provide due to their empty stock) they even didn't provided me bills of newly purchased items and hence I didn't got warranty for those; and within 1 month one of the item was malfunctioning and I had to take a paid service from company to fix that. Instead of multiple requests to shop, they didn't entertained.
Many other instances of doing a fraud and false commitment does exists. They even didn't took return of products which are in sealed state, mentioning that all items are non returnable.
Be aware and make sure that if you are not a promoter kind of business dealer, DO NOT BUY anything otherwise you will also end up as a victim as me, eventually spending almost 1.5 times of your money in reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their collection is good, but after sales services is poor. They never entertain you after you have made the payment. Be in in terms of damaged products or be it in terms of warranty.
Also they gives you an illusion that they are providing you best rates, but if you survey the market most of other dealers does provide you with same or even lesser rates. After they didn't received back defective tiles box, I went to other shop and they provided me the same tiles box in lesser rate.
ALL FALSE COMMITMENTS...
