★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really pathetic in covid 19 time. No person is in que, I was first person in bank for FD counter it's near by 1 hrs to wait just for 1 tax form. There priority is phone rather than front desk people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its local bank but other than internet banking all things are really nice! Internet banking is not that good so far they have to improve in it i'm giving 4 star because of this single problem but other things are as good as any multinational bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not bank here. The staff does not respect your time and will find all possible ways to make your processes difficult. I just wanted to transfer an account from one branch to another and the staff kept saying signs don’t match. For a person to keep the sign exactly same is not humanly possible. All other banks accept copies of aadhar or pan card and accept the new sign. But the illiterate staff at this bank does not even know the processes nor have the willingness to help people. These type of banks are worst to deal with and should be asked to shut by rbi for their 18th century business model and unfair practices for account retention. This is sophisticated scamming of people.
