★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much harrassment they ask again n again kyc non coperative staff .even if u their customers from last 12years .banks like sbi don't ask for kyc again n again then y this harassment by tjsb.if u go for withdrawals of money from ur own account u fill the withdrawals slip they still ask for adhar card i showed them the photocopy they said they want to see the original what is this its total harassment. U can't be carrying adhar card with u every time .when the account is of customers own then y so much harrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the kopri branch today i.e 11th sept 2020 around 1.15 pm and was directed to table no.7...for internet banking service,etc. I must really appreciate the gentleman sitting at this counter. Very plesant and cooperative and guiding me so patiently...working very swiftly. I didnot get his name...but he is definitely an asset to Tjsb kopri branch. Two years ago this was not the scenario...staff were very rude and not accessable...but today i was in for a plesant change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Despite multiple mails, there is no reply or resolution from the bank. Sent them atleast 3 emails apart from filling the form for RTGS online facility, but no response. Ultimately had to transfer funds to a different bank and do from there. Its been more than 3 emails, 1 form filling and 2 verbal reminders over a period of 45 days, the facility is not yet activated.
Had also given an application for cheque book and after 1 month my person had to go to the Thane East branch to collect it, there was no intimation / proper reply / response from them. Their phones never reachable. Very shabby service.
At a time where all other banks are on their toes to give quick service, sorry to say that TJSB is far behind.
