★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even 1 star. My son got stuck in the lift for over an hour. We have been repeatedly facing issues with their lifts for last 5 years. Will never recommend these lifts/maintenance to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Company APZ Reality Have purchased 4 lifts from this company and 2 were installed with a delay of 3 months and the other 2 after a delay of 9 months and due to delay there were not ready to adjust the final amount so we paid them the amount they requested and after 1 month of the payment they started both the lift which stopped working after 15 day and when the service desk was called they said the AMC is over and had to renew for the AMC not used and then since October 2020 we have only exchanged Email and no process has been done, even had mailed there head of department who had informed the team to check and finish the issue but the employees of this company is not ready to do any thing only 1 person came and checked the lift which had a UPS issue which we paid him and after taking the money he said the AMC has to be renewed only then they will do the work so another trick to take out money this company is only has ways to remove money and has a poor service record.
I advice not to deal with the company as they take a lot of time to complete their work and has a lot of issue after sale service that also if you lucky to get the lift started by them.
