★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. After service is terrible. They are just there for money. Will take the money and won't return. You are forced to contact other people for help. Very bad experience. Not at all recommended.
2 - Such a bad experience with the team. It has been more than a year now and they haven't responded to my phone calls, my emails. All they have to say is we will assist you soon.
They try to show you as if they will help you in everything but then when it comes to service providing it is worst.
Highly disappointed. I had to get my lift service done from someone else who has shown me so many errors in their work.

Their sales manager explained about the product very thoroughly. It was very easy to choose Bonsdag rather than others.
They timely do their services every month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struggling to get the installation done. Promised to install in 15 days.. it has been more than 3 months and only 5 man days of work is done. Paid everything in Feb to get the material and installation.
Going to their main office today to see if they can really control the pace of the work and look in to this. But it has been a really struggle for me to get Bonsdag.
This was first in Palam vihar and was promised to show to other customers once ready. But if this is their interest in first lift, not sure how are they planning to capture other customers in Palam vihar.
Really really depressed with whole thing.
Update (Aug 27th) -> My first review was in July.. I am yet to get my lift installed after 45 days ( they promised to do in 10 days by 12th Aug. Earlier promised date was 10th July).. and i do not see this getting completed in next 30 days too even by 30th sep .. Pathetic service.. pathetic execuse.. No material on time.. knowingly delayed installation.. less work force..
technician comes once in 2 weeks and then again disappears for 15 days. No managemement to listen and act upon.
Beware guys!
