★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some times they make mistake from private vehicle to commercial vehicle and toll deduct commercial charge after some stuff they refund but it take almost a month. so please be accurate your service and make a separate line for non fast-track user.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chaotic and am failing to understand as how come it's take same time for every vehicle having FastTag to pass through the toll. Slow system makes it pathetic and you waste at least 30 mnts in any queue you are in to pass through. No seperate queues for cars allowing every one to clog. Not acceptable- rubbish.

Each car has to stop and the person brings a hand held machine to read the fast tag.
Some time long queue and too much traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience on 06/02/2022 while passing through Tall Booth , waiting period was Twenty to Thirty minutes both sides of Ahmedabad and Vadodara entry and exit.
Very lethargic and harrassing moments I experienced.
They have to give me the refund of Tall Tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have complained from last 5 years that please inform gsrtc bus drivers to drive in second track but no action taken this gsrtc bus drivers drive in first lane on speed of 50 to 60 kmph and they will never give you side on giving horn or dipper

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves ... ALERT.. They charge the same for retun from VADODRA 125/- instead of 70/-.. They are cheater. And no one answer any call.. Keep in mind when ever you take return to vadodra pl check the display, and read the charges. If its 125 /- showing within 24 hours.. Take back the excess amount from toll people. CERTIFIED D CHEATER GANG.
