★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not well maintaine. people fedup with some service. same as again toll plaza problem . they didn't specify which lane is cash and which lane is fast tag . people dont know and they go to different lane and they put panalty in toll ticket . government has to be check this situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhygienic toilet and damaged interiors... dedicated FASTag Lanes in both the sides always remains closed even the Green Light is ON. And no social Distance is maintained. Staff sit in a group and diverts the vehicle to other lanes. NHAI helpline 1033 is unable to resolve this even after a few feedback.
Daily.... lanes closed with green overhead lights ON. And staff found i group violating social distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google map unnecessarily diverted people to this toll while travelling too and fro from Rajkot. Bochasan toll and the route is perfectly okay but this super dumb google map application sending people to Vasad route which is charging 130 rs unnecessarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fery fast service. Even if someone is having problem their fast tag they do not keep everyone waiting in line for that. Those cars were moved aside until issue is resolved and they let the other move in their normal pace.
