★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the fact that Indore is a Tier 2 city the expectations of good customer service and service quality even for the biggest of brands is compromised as the staff employed is not up to the mark usually. However, at Toni & Guy Indore I would say there has been a significant improvement every time I visited the place. They take their feedback seriously and that is what makes a good business better. I would recommend this place as both my wife and I have finally found a decent place that understands the needs of people who have migrated from Metropolitan cities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect Salon for everything. The service was good. My hair was colored well by the expert and for the first time I got my eyebrows done by the talented all-rounder person "Jyothi" in the salon. Thanks to her and I was really happy for the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the perfect place for all my salon needs here. The welcome was too good for a new customer like me. The staff is friendly and professional. Time to time status of individual customer is taken. Service is nothing less than 5 star. Haircut and styling was like I have renewed myself. For pedicure I suggest you ask for Arjun who is very careful and professional in what he does and for nail art you guys can ask for Jyoti who makes sure your first time at nail art is worth it. Thanks Tony&Guy Indore for this lovely experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a haircut done and I had a wonderful experience. It completely changed my look and I was very finicky about not compromising the length of my hair Nafeez (hope I am using the correct name) gave a beautiful cut. He listened to me patiently and very calmly gave suggestions which made the look of my hair compliment my face features.
Thank you to the hairstylist and another person on his team who took care of rest of the things.
Other than that I found that the staff was very professional and I liked the overall vibe as well since it was my very first visit!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Salon. Clean, hygienic, interiors very pretty. Services are professional. Nafeez, Ankit and Ravi are great for hair. I got my Keratin done here and my results were very pleasing. The manager makes it an effort to look after everyone's services and does not make clients wait. The Kerastase Range is splendid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife, brother and I got a bunch of things done from this place for my wedding ceremony - haircuts, pedicure, manicure, facial. Everyone was very professional and talented.
The hairdresser gave my brother the exact look that he requested by showing him a photo for reference. He did a great job with my hair as well.
The facial lady was amazing. She suggested the correct package based on our skin type. It can get a bit pricey, but I think it's totally worth it since we all came out with our faces feeling clean and detoxified :)
The pedicure and manicure guy, I think his name is Arjun, was the best experience for me though. He is an artist! Looking at how good he was when he was giving my wife manicure and pedicure, I realized I could use one too. I have a split nail in my toe that he looked at and suggested could benefit and even heal from an acrylic coating. It used to look ugly and sometimes get caught in fabric and hurt, but after this acrylic coating he gave me, it looks as good as it used to be! I'm very thankful to him and will keep coming back whenever I visit India. I have high hopes that his idea will work and my toe will be normal again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first time getting a haircut at Toni&Guy but it is definitely not the last. I liked absolutely everything about the place. From the beautiful aroma that surrounds you as soon as you enter to the warm hospitality, it's just perfect. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. The stylists are insanely talented. You won't recognise the face in the mirror once it's done. Going to have to try all the other services super soon:)
