★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have wavy curly hair and people hardly understand how to cut them. Went to Tony and Guy, Indrapuram and was attended by Shadab. He totally understood my hair type and the cut that need to go. After 45 minutes the cut that came was WOW…. I highly recommend this gentleman for boys who have wavy curly hair,,,,, 5 star rating from my side ,,, Happy Customer

Very below par standards.
- I asked for brush sanitization but they didn't do.
- artist started with eyemakeup and it was so bad and juvenile, eventhough i clearly specify what i need still she was doing something totally different and end result was very very bad. I asked her to remove that and just focus on hairstyling.
- she removed my eyemakeup so harshly that my eyes became red and it started watering.
Hairstyle:
It is expected in toni and guy that hair services be atleast good.
It was very very bad
I asked hairstylist to be gentle with my hair as it was very tangled and i have a fine hair
She just removed tangles in half of the length and started curling
I asked her to remove tangles in all my length and she didn't know how to handle.
I removed my tangles and the hairstyling also was very sub par
After curls she was not able to properly tie the hair
As i didn't take makeup services they shouldn't have charged but they charged for both makeup and hair
Dont ever go to toni and guy and expect good services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a haircut from Ms. Zeba Khan, who was an exceptionally attentive hair stylist and consulted me properly with respect to the length of the cut and made sure I was okay with everything. The staff is very courteous and professional. Great services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the best experience at Toni & Guy Indirapuram with hair colour and styling. A huge shout out to Zeba who patiently listened to my request and really did an amazing job. I am really happy with the results. Thanks also to Sarfaraz for the haircut. Would definitely recommend this branch for anyone looking for options in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nishant was the hairdresser who did my haircut- square layers. And it came out amazing. He gave me a cute haircut and he has knowledge of everything and tries his best to give best knowledge to his clients.
And also adding on, staff is polite and they maintained a proper hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really not a representation of the brand. Thank goodness I had experienced Toni&Guy before else I would have bad mouthed it everywhere. The place is so unmaintained, the wall is cracked, paints coming off, spider nets are there. Entire experience is like of a street corner shop. Don't know if brand does not keep a check on the franchisee outlets or they just give out to anybody. 1 star cos the hair cut was actually great, shout out to the dresser.
