★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it all started with me putting on fat during the lockdown and coming to Gurugram for work. Being new in town I had little idea about the gyms nearby. My friend Devansh and I were looking for the gym spaces nearby our residence that is DLF Phase 5.
All costly gyms with not much space were available. Then we got to know about TOTAL FIT GYM from one of our colleague. This gym has good floor space which means increasing number of gym mates is not an issue anymore. There are enough weights even for builders. trademills, crossfit trainer, cycles and other equipments for people wanting to attain fitness. You will find Air Conditioners and fans covering the exercise space. They have free car parking space and it is sufficient for 40 cars even more.
Coming to the trainers, Mr Ajay has significantly provided with all the help that was required for me to lose weight initially. Right now I have entered in weight training and Mr Prince has been continuously monitoring my routine. You can ask for Personal Trainers and believe me when I say that you won't regret.
Last but not the least, there are people of all age groups who have friendly attitude towards other members. Maybe you can find yourself a gym mate!

Specially trainers are very good and helping..
Gym is fully equiped with all good machines to work on..
Guidance by the trainers for workout and diet is worth appreciating..
I will suggest everyone to give it a try atleast once .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was new in town and was desperately looking for a spacious gym with all the essential equipments. One of my major concerns was reasonable prices as well.
It’s been 3 months since I found out Total Fit Gym and my journey has been incredibly progressive so far.
Being a new gym, it is quite clean and spacious with lockers and shower rooms available at no extra cost. There are annual, semi-annual and quarterly plans available at very reasonable prices.
There exists a designated parking which is considerably spacious and safe. FYI, Gym has been divided into cardio and weight training sections.
Trainers are highly professional and possess deep knowledge of workouts & diets. On the top of it, they push you like anything to bring out the best in your workouts. Best part is that you can always reach to them for assistance with workouts and diets.
I would highly recommend this gym to boys, chics and couples around sector 53/54. Big thanks to Ajay and Prince for creating such an experience for everyone.
