★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even zero stars perfect for their service. Called them for iPad service which is gone in headphone mode. They can't even speak clearly. They cut my phone call abruptly. Worst customer service. Don't go here for any problem. I won't suggest anyone to go here for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre. Their Staff doesn't even check the phone before saying what the problem is. Directly says that it has problem n screen should be changed. Awful, pathetic staff. I ve got the phone repaired somewhere for 1/10th of the price. Worst diagnosis of phone problem. And the most worst thing is that my phone just needs servicing, rather than changing a prominent part of the phone. Totoodoo(vijayawada, mg road) sucks.

I gave my one plus 3t device for display broken and they said u have to change display and i said yes, they charged around 8000 for new display. When we pay 8000rs we expect orginal one plus OPTIC AMOLED display instead of that they provided me a duplicate glass which is LED and it doesn't have any true display and colors were are very dull and said i have a problem with this and want new for this and they said okay we will change the display and we will fix other display. As they told they changed the display and after when i went to home and i find same defaults were seen in earlier display and nxt day i visted service center they were arguing it was ur fault that u have fallen ur phone and the display was been not good. After i was asking for my refund my amt immediately one customer came to take same one plus 3t device display change and he aslo find that the display was not at all true display of one plus and they asked for refund their amount and the management has a no option to mug up with me and he gave refund the amount of 7500 for each of them.
I'll suggest don't go to customer care who have a problem with one plus devices better to go for besant road there u find Mi service center and in that service center only u can find Authorised One plus service center in it and they given very best service they have charged 9000rs and they took only 2hr to take repair and i have given to them for repair and i had a best service there.
