Scam, Scam, scam. It is always the same scam. The taxi driver took you to this place, because it is due to some festival road closed. Then they say they are an official agency by the gouverment and that your hotel is closed to the festival. People here should feel really ashamed about what they are doing. I think life is all about Karma and they´ll get what they deserve. Nevertheless, they are really responsible for the bad image about India and i can´t understand, why the gouverment isn´t doing anything about it.

Scam scam scam Be carful, they are not good people. Air port taxi driver forced us to come here. They sale a tour. But they did not do a good service. They lied about the hotels, transfers, Kashmir. All of the time i had fight with them. Finally i canceled that tour. But they refunded a little (5%) my money. They took 5 nights hotel, 2 flights, 2 train tickets and ... that we did not used them. They are thieves.

Pleasantly surprised. It turns out, it's not a completed scam. My friend and I had a free 10 days before the wedding we came so figured why not see how far down the rabbit hole this goes. Most of what the one star reviews are say is true, but that doesn't mean we didn't get what we were promised in the end. So let me break it down for you: The Bad: We were brought here by a very friendly tout who was hustling tourists, after a few hours and an overpriced meal, he helped us get legit SIM cards and brought us here. He claimed it was a government tourist information site, and it was not. To be clear, this has nothing to do with the government, its purely a private company disguised to mislead westerners to look like a free info booth. It was however a LISCENSED travel agent, which was the element of truth in the lie. We came in open minded as we literally had no plans so we let the salesman do his thing. The Good: after an hour or so of negotiations and chatting we had agreed to 8 and a half days with our own private driver, a tour of Delhi the next day, travel to Agra, Jaipur, Pushkar, Udaipur, 3-star hotels in the last two, and most importantly a flight to Bangaluru for the wedding. That afternoon we were given a 'trial' period with our driver so we decided to take the tout with us to go shopping for some overpriced tourist traps as well as some real markets to get extra clothes since we were travelling extremely light. After agreeing to stick with our driver and paying (via VISA, because we're not THAT stupid), the sales team showed us great hospitality and we ate spicy Sichuan chicken, drank some beers, and had some Indian 'wine' (whisky). The next day, a bit pensive based on these reviews that we were going to have to spend the day on the phone with Visa cancelling the transaction, we were pleasantly surprised that our driver was waiting outside of our hotel 10 minutes early. Being a local, he gave us a lot of good no-BS tips for the tourist sites and we saw all of the big Delhi attractions. The next eight days were spent living it up with our own private driver, who also acted as our translator, negotiator, and BS detector. Having come originally from Jaipur he hooked us up with some sweet custom tailored tuxes for the wedding. The hotels that the travel agent picked for us in both Pushkar and Udaipur were both decent and the final test of their legitimacy was our flights on IndiGo. After finally saying goodbye to our driver after an excellent week, we had no issues checking in and flying from Udaipur to Bangaluru. Final Thoughts: While there are a lot of red flags about how this company operates, one has to remember that India is a totally different culture than most Westerners are used to. Everything worked out much better than one could have hoped for. While we probably could have done all of this our selves for 10-20% less, it's their knowledge and relationships that we are paying for. In total, we spent less than $100 USD per day per person, and were able to live with a standard of luxury that we were definitely not accustomed to. Would recommend.

SCAM!! DO NOT TRUST!! I was led here by someone who was pretending to be helpful. Beware! These are not honest people. I went along for a while but finally caught on. This is the business card they gave me. Not even the same business!!! These scammers are linked. They scratched out the address but I left a review for them as well.

STAY AWAY. We were led here by a person that approached us in Connaught Place. He chatted with us about being careful in Delhi, and said he was meeting a friend visiting from Australia, and showed us a text from the friend. He said he was going to lead us to a market, but along the way, he pointed out this tour office and said it was government run and will be safe. We booked a tour from them that was supposed to include a English speaking guide and a nice hotel. The tour was to Jaipur and then Agra. The guide spoke little English, and we could not communicate with him regarding where we wanted to go. We also did not stay at the hotel that was promised. Thankfully we had signal on our phones, and could check google maps to see where we were going. We returned to the office after the tour and demanded a refund. They refunded <25% of the cost after hours of debate.

BEWARE SCAM!!! This shop is NOT a government agency but one of the numerous DISHONEST TOURISM INFORMATION AGENCY running in Delhi. Once pulled in by friendly looking touts wandering around Connaught Place "just trying to help" (= hoping for you to get scammed in order to get their commission), you will be handled by professional scammers that will do ANYTHING to rip you off , from LIES to PSYCHOLOGICAL PRESSURE. When asking for a train ticket to Agra (usually around 500 Rs and running every 30mn) they told me all were booked out but they could offer "private taxi services" for the "discount price of 9.000 Rs" or an "unlimited 15 days train ticket" - no such thing actually exists - for "just 23,000 Rs". If you read this, make yourself a favor and RUN OUT OF THIS SHOP. Shame on the Indian government for allowing such scam businesses to continue operating.

We are a family of five and had a wonderful three day trip with this company! Everything was just as described, with minor changes along the way as is to be expected when you can decide how long you stay at each place and have a say in what to see and what not. Wonderful driver, wonderful guide in Agra and a very nice Hotel in Jaipur. The price was very good compared to what we had seen on many of the booking websites and we are very happy that we didn't opt for the DIY trip we intended to take.. :) Ask to be driven by Ram, the driver, he is very helpful, knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, loved by our children - over all - super nice!! Our tour guide in Agra, named Sumit, was very professional, knowledgeable and nice. Don't listen to reviews from people that didn't even experience their services - who write a review based on other people's reviews - most of whom have not either purchased their services. It's beyond me! Of course they have people luring you in, push you, exagerate and tend to oversell - you're in India - that seems to be the name of the game!

We went there because someone on the street told us that they would give us good information. This is definitely a SCAM. At first the guy looked friendly but then he asked about our plans in Delhi. Even though we had everything planned he told us to cancel some bookings and hire them for an “official” (LOL) tour of Delhi (70€ per person). I wasn’t interested, but I tried to be polite and said that we had to think about it and maybe we would come back. He then became kind of angry and said that this was the best option we could find and if we didn’t hire them we would probably be scammed. He tried to force us into this “private sightseeing tour”. We left quickly. During our stay in Delhi two more strangers tried to take us to this “government tourism office”. Don’t trust what they say, do not hire them, it’s a SCAM.
