★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the place where I stay,it is located beautifully between the Sports Complex& cricket stadium open from all sides plush green surrounding,there are 216 HIG flat with 90% occupancy it is like a small town and all live like an extended families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge Society. Really tower height as constructed next to TV TOWER itself.
Enough said about building, Society is good, there are security guards at gates and you're provided a good life inside the Society.
Locality: it's not great rather it's bad tbh. In front of the main gate there's a slum like area where cows, buffaloes regularly sit in the middle of roads making it difficult to drive, bad smell of animals even inside the Society.
Pricing: the time I'm writing this, a 3BHK unfurnished flat costs approx 3 crores because of PITAMPURA area reputation. Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce Delhi University is at 2 minutes walking distance from the Society
