★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer Service. Loan was sanctioned quickly with Pre payment charges waiver benefit which is documented. But, after I made a part payment they are harassing me to pay extra charges without understanding the facts. The customer care executives are unethical and unaware of facts and response is meaningless. Repeatedly the response is the same and every time I have to provide all the details in writing and by email and through phone. Their website customer self service does not work. Their Customer care number also does not work many times. No senior management is intervening and this game of torture and harassments is just going on and on. I am being charged interest unnecessarily and my party payment is just lying in their account from more than one month. If anybody can help, Please help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service experience. They have debited emi after I foreclosed the loan and it's been 3 months that I requested for refund and they are doing nothing. I'm following up every 2 to 3 days on call and the only answer I got is it will refund in next 7 to 10 working days. Such a frustrating staff. Everytime they say they will call us with correct information and till now I didn't receive a single call. I sent a mail to level 4 about this and there is no reply. When you don't respond to mail why you guys maintain 4 levels of customer support? It's very pathetic and slow process. And because of this you will lose customers

I really feel ashamed to send the mail many times for my statement and call customer service multiple times and beg for an account statement.
Why is Toyota Finance not able to provide the statement for one customer?? What service are you providing to customers?
If I missed any EMI getting the calls from 100 times per day … is it the right thing you people are doing?
why not get the single call from your side as I am requesting from 2-Feb-2022???
I am taking the legal action against negligence of service by you and updating all the details to the labor department.
