★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst and super worst. Customer service response is zero. If you even want to repay your loan amount ,they will not response you. They need customers till the loan . After that they become strangers. Super high rate of interest compare to other Banks. Not even deserve 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than month i have raised request for foreclosure status there is no response when we call customer care it never goes to executive to speak and resolve.
If we put call back request call automatically ends no one speaks.
Very very pathetic customer service and handling

Pleas Do improve the customer service and try to give a proper response to customer .
Even after a hour waiting nobody bother the customer who's waiting .
Customer relationship manager please look into it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service . Customer care number never answers calls and in case they answer , they abruptly disconnect ( happened multiple times ) .
Office as well is not much helpful . High interest rates and will not reduce as per market conditions . Even service requests raised are not responded properly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WRONG COMMITMENT given by executive on my home loan EMI.
Am trying to raise a complaint in website, but it's not working and also customer care is not picking the call.
It's very pain full to common people if bank gives wrong commitment and simply standing like helpless towards customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Visit IIFL Experience center Bangalore. Worst behaviour from staff - you will experience.
As I have received a message from NSDL to update kyc- today 30/03/2022 @ 17.17 hrs visited the said office. 1. Security guard didn’t allow to park scooter even when space is available 2. On entering visiting log other security guard asked to write ‘Exact name of persons to me. 3. On meeting one Madam(with her bag to go home- and doing whatsapp-) left table asking to wait. Immediately after security guard came and informed that some meeting is going ON, suggested to come other day.4. On reaching back road the earlier Madam and other staff came to road & stared at me - and went out 5. I returned without accomplishing the task. |
