Many times it’s been reported Service team but still they don’t care
Such a responsible team I suggest please don’t purchase this vehicle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff dont go this showroom if you want to save your time and money.for booking they tell only 1 week but after my full payment they took complete 1 month to delever my E PLUTO 7G bike.they telling lies upto booking only.service also very worst,not taken serious.now my bike getting serious problem,from past 3 months am asking to rectify,still not getting rectified.E PLUTO 7 G model bike is good,but dont purchase from this showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste center. Don't understand how does it pain when they don't value for hard earned money you pay. My issue was not resolved for 3 months. I couldn't run my bike at all. All these good reviews were their own ones. My other reference also blamed me for referring me here.

What the hell it is hey mr VFM showroom owner I called them before I started they can tell over the call right that you people can't do the service
Waste of time and money no professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor customer service over the last two years for my Pure EV Etron electric bicycle. I think both the manufacturer Pure EV and the dealer VFM show the same lack of concern. Shocking. My LHS brake lever broke twice. The first time they took over a month to replace (costly too, since they insist on replacement with sensor and cord). The second time they are yet to replace, it is over two months. I am completely fed up with both the dealer and the manufacturer.
