★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got a chandelier from this store. They promised to provide service on a regular basis. When I contacted them re: service, they outright denied whatever they had promised. Their customer service is like a small street side shop. I do not recommend buying expensive items from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of their store in Richmond Road for the last 10 years. My recent experience of getting a light fitting repaired from them has been horrible. Their after sales service is far from satisfactory and I will not recommend their store to anyone.

We are extremely happy with the products and service. Everything is prompt and super duper. Surprisingly the prices are inexpensive too! Three cheers to this wonderful place/team!
