Went to head office and got my parcel in no time. The entire team is quite helpful. They helped me in the complete process. Kudos to the team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to choose alternate delivery option. They have not delivered one parcel, provided false reason saying not able to locate address, but I'm ordering tonnes of items online now a days and getting all stuff on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service.. no body picks phone in customer care as well as delivery office.. booked my parcel on pin 122413 while their service was not available at this destination. They returned my most urgent parcel from Gurgaon sector 17-18 office to booking office, Delhi without making a call to me.. when I ask them they simply said our service not available for this destination.... i asked, why you booked parcel if your service was not available at this destination or you should call to me before returning my parcel.. but they didn't respond properly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trackon carrier is giving pathetic services.They did not deliver courier up to 14 days and lying that address and mob.no not found.I would request NSDL not to make any courier contract as they are not serious with documents.Finally collected personaly from their warehouse at 5 Kms distance.
