★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 kids bikes (BSA Flora 20" and BSA Dynox 16") from this store. I had a pleasant buying experience. Since I bought 2 bikes they gave me approx 10% discount on the price listed on their website, made the bikes ready for riding (filled air, wiped the bikes, checked the brakes, added a free basket and foam (for the metal bar between the handlebars). They also give a free service within 6 months. They also made a home delivery for the two bikes (charged the equivalent auto-fare...which was very fair on their part). I would definitely buy my adult bikes from this store in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service and a very poor attitude towards the customer, they never have any spares and worst of all they promised me thay they'd put a genuine part but put a very low quality and a cheap brand derailleur and charged me the amount for shimano and also kept my original faulty derailleur.
They never answer the calls and have no regard for customer's time.
If i could give 0 rating then I would but sadly there is no choice.
Uttter disappointment! Also bringing down the values of the track and trail brand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many branded cycles available and the price is reasonable. They are giving free service for the cycles and very helpful. The staffs are very helpful and they are explaining the cycles each spare parts. The large amount of varieties available and the staff are suggesting to choose what customer expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve 1 star! Very poor servicing. Bought a downtown a month back. Gave it to them last weekend, thinking of just a normal servicing will be done. However, the service guy made it worse. Not sure if they take away the original parts but they definitely don't know anything abt bicycle servicing. Firstly they took four days to delivery the bike. On top, after servicing, the whole cycle is making screeching sound. Brakes have become noisy, the rear wheel has become too noisy. I took it back again yesterday, the man took 1 hour, probably just put some oil on the brakes and nuts which stopped the noise for an hour. By the time I reached back home, which is 800m from the shop, noise became double.
At night, with less surround noise, the cycle screeching noise is too loud and irritating. Even my dad's 20 years old cycle is much smooth than this one!!
These people surely doesn't know anything about cycles.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AND EVEN IF YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE FOR SERVICING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the name of company they are selling defective cycle our experience was very pathetic and the damaged ones they replace the stickers they have stickers available in stock. When asked they come with excuse in transportation they get damaged. I would not suggest this place. I will share detailed experience with management, when we are paying any customer would expect to be top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Montra Helicon Disc bike 2018 model recently. Guaranteed shop and I suggest you to meet Abilash who has excellent skills and knowledge about the variety of cycles. You won't get any trusted nearby shops in this area but I experienced and heard from the previous customers that they are very poor in service and lack of technician. We should find some other option for servicing the bike. Most important, I am not happy with the billing, price and packing. No invoice, No cycle guide or manual provided with it. Billing has mismatch details and does not specify any details about the product. The shop displayed a sign board mentioned Track and Trail but on the bill it has a different name.
