★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional staff and the most irresponsible courier company. My package was sent from jaipur on 23 sep and returned back to jaipur without prior information. When asked about it the customer care centre did not even know about it and kept asking me to send irrelevant mails. Untrained staff, which do not know how to speak. It's 29 today and still haven't received my courier. They are asking me to wait without providing any information about the courier. It's not worth spending a single rupee.
