โ โ โ โ โ People working here are highly unprofessional. We gave a parcel which was supposed to reach Mathura, but it never reached and came back after 10days. The person who works in the Shivaji nagar branch, received the parcel, but never informed us about the same. It was essential of the parcel to reach on time at the desired destination. I would not suggest this courier service to anyone on any given day.
