one should not trust on information provided on this company's website.
A parcel was sent to me on 05.01.16 from coimbatore to Hoshiarpur under Doc No 475531423.
It is shown in the tracking information of the official website of this company that parcel was delivered to their Hoshiarpur office.When I checked on 16.01.16 regarding non delivery of parcel to me, the hoshiarpur office confirmed that they have not received the parcel till 16.01.16 and information on website is wrong.They are not ready to let me know to whom I should contact regarding this.
Please do not use the services of such unreliable company.
