★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this with highly disappointment. I have taken your service for a courier on date 21 September 2019. I was told that delivery will be done within 4days. It's been 10 days and I have no track of my parcel.
It shows Out For Delivery from last 6 days and it's not been delivered till now. When I am trying to contact customer service, they are not picking up the call.
This really question your service promises and future usage of your services. I would never recommend anyone for your service as it's been a big disappointment till now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. My parcel was not delivered for 5 days after showing Out for delivery. Their customer service is poorest. I called the brach manager over 20 times and had to visit the branch twice to finally get my courier delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are Thief. They will take your parcel and won't send across and will keep it and use it and when you'ill call them they will block you.
Worst service. No one picks up call I tried more than 20 different contacts details from Trackon support no one answers.
Please google Don't give them 1 star. They don't even deserve that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unhappy with the services provided by carrier. Agent asked me to come down 1 km to collect the item from him as they don't serve my locality. If they don't, why did they accept the consignment in first place? I was unwell and unwilling to go out. However, I had to because the parcel has necessary medicines for my father. Advised the online retailer to not use their services.
