Only one counter per queue of 40+ peoppe. They are either badly understaffed or lack the infra to digitise this.
The staff wants to make a change but somewhere I feel the superior authorities are ok with the old sarkari setup
Lack of basic infra like even a fan doesn't work here .
Toilet smell is all over the place as if the rto people use a new air freshener with toilet smell..
Air conditioning which is present is only for display purpose.
Proper sarkari setup

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who sits in the room of learner licence test is the biggest kaamchor i have seen in my entire life. He is very rude. He tries to create problem for people instead of helping them. I would not even give one star to this place if not for the courteous people at other counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A simple system of qeue management with token linked to appointments would make the system works much better. Was much better run & managed five years aog when I last got a license. Now run down much like any other gov department....:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received learner's license, but unable to make online payment for driving license for last 20 days. No assistance available, no replies on phone. What is the point of digitisation if we have to go to the physical office for every issue? very poor performance. unconcerned about citizens. shame on the government. I would not even give 1 star if I had my way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn't even deserve one star in all honesty. The employees behind the counters are sluggish, unhelpful, and have no intentions of making your visit worthwhile. Furthermore, they are impatient, and can neither speak English, nor properly enunciated Hindi. The place is crowded, unruly, badly maintained, with no lines or discipline, and with inadequate signage. It's downright shameful that the administrative services in India are of such a sub-standard quality, and are such an inconvenience to citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dangerous place. A proper and ideal place to waste your time. First of all let me tell you the timings. Suppose you have chosen the slot 8.45-9.45 and it is written that "Reach one hour prior", and if you are thinking that you should reach by 7.45, then wait you are on the wrong path. Employees will come at 8.30 and they will start entertaining you at 9.00-9.15 AM. Although counter staff is descent, but if you have applied for DL Test, then don't even think that you are going to be passed at first attempt. Because those trial taking guys have already thought that they are going to fail you in first attempt. Of course this is the matter of bribe. There are three trial men, one of them will be making video and one of them will be writing his reviews on your application which he didn't see. He just write whatever his mind come across, without looking at your driving and mistakes, and then you are fail. And yes, trial should start around 9.00 am for morning slot, but the trial guys will come at 10.00-10.15 am, after enjoying a cup of tea and having a funny chit-chat with their colleague. So go ahead and have a fun once.
