Me and my husband went to Manali/Shimla trip.
They were Very flexible with Last minute changes, budget friendly with lovely choice of resorts/hotels, great planner as per the choices/conditions we gave to them!
I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family if they are planning to go Himachal next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. Booked a package for 8 days through this travel agency. I requested Ankit to send us a polite, experienced driver but they sent a lunatic driver who was very rude. He didn't follow the schedule. He had no interest in taking us to the places mentioned in the schedule. He used to scream at us and used to drive very fast whenever we requested him to follow the schedule. Even he was drunk couple of times.
We were complaining about him for three days but Ankit/Disha couldn't take action. They were just telling stories like we were in a village so it's not possible to change the driver. So we had to drop their taxi in between and had to take local taxi which costed us a lot of extra money. They provided service for 5 days and charged us for 8 days in the name of their policies. They don't have a business ethics and they exist only for MONEY?
Suggest fellow travelers to book hotels directly and hire local cabs. It may cost 500-1k bucks extra, but you ll get peace of mind during the trip.
Edit: You sent an unprofessional driver/taxi service and now pointing towards me for your fault. The duty of travel agency is to provide the PROFESSIONAL driver. Otherwise we would've hired the taxi directly, what is the point of going through the Agency then?☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I met Ankit Sharma as soon as we arrived to Manali. We were a little lost and overwhelmed in such a chaotic city and meeting him was the best thing that could possibly ever happen to us. He organized perfectly our itinerary for 5 days:Manali,Kullu,Manikaran,Sisu,Atal tunnel and some local places. He is a charming person, respectful, patient and very close. His driving experience and local knowledge are extraordinary. he was fantastic !! Always punctual, polite and excellent conductor ... this agency is 100% recommendable because quality and price and the way they treated us. Thanks you for everything.hope see you again...!!!
