★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I disagree with the statement pushed by Mr.Girish Bhardwaj because for over a couple of years, I have been a frequent customer of Healthgenie and have had pleasant experience. As I am a medical student, most of the medical equipment (I do use for my medical experience) have been purchased from this site and even I have recommended my colleagues also for this site and they also din't face through such situation yet. Infact I must say- the more I am getting interested into this site, the more it builds a trust in me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The same concern of getting a duplicate products, one of my friend also faced. And what I tried to make him understand, the same I am going to do here.
If someone got his product duplicate then what does his mean by "duplicate"? Has he got someone's used product or he got his product changed? Duplicate means that we received our product that matches with another product like same brand, same color, same size, or same prize tag, etc. But if we try a bit effort then we can get the same product what we expected for.
Just as an example, if we gonna shopping some branded jeans like Flu and Armani, is it possible to get the same branded jeans from the shop named by the same brand? Can we not get the same brand from another point by different shop name?
Apart this, so many online sites do have an exchange policy and money back guarantee as well with particular time period. Has the victim ever tried to communicate with it's customer point?
I am not accusing the people who wrote a bad review regarding this site, but I have been a regular customer of this site where I purchased so many fitness accessories from and never faced any worst situation. But once what I faced is- I ordered a Foldable Weight Bench and I got my product changed with different model. I immediately then communicate with it's customer care and got my product replaced with correct model within a week. I surprised of having it's quick delivery service.
The thing is understood that "to make a mistake isn't a mistake anymore". So, before to accusing or putting a blame, we need to make some positive efforts at our end to make the situation friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to rate Healthgenie with 4 star because I am a new customer in Healthgenie, new from last 3 months. As Girish Bhardwaj said that they provide duplicate products and also not returning the amount. I don't agree with this statement. Because I am a regular customer from last 3 Month, I have purchased lots of health care products from them. Some times I also received the damage product or some other product, but I know it very well, when ever there is a business there is Pros and Cons. I asked for refund, they took some time but returned all the amount. This person is tryng to Ruin the reputation of Healthgenie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not do any business with this company. We did packaging business with this company and its been more than 1 year we have been trying to get payments but these guys are not responding to our calls.
It's a fraud company once you send any packaging material to this company they will give you PDC Cheques and never will get clear .

After that there MD never showed up for the final round of interview. They don't care to reply or revert back to mesaages. Simply ignore and don't waste time here if you get an interview call from this usless company.
