Like 24x7 Narmada watar unavailability, MPEB connection is not there, Incomplete Club house, unmaintained housekeeping, cleaning, street dogs, snake's, insecure campus, modification in overall layout against sentioned TNCP without permission and many more issues.
And one more thing all the property holding customer have already paid all the charges at the time of purchase but still in 9 years neither there is improvement nor TF management team is sharing calculation of amonut which they taken from investors on the name of development.
Very disappointed.
