★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased oppo a15 from Reliance online store on 06.10.21. Seen file moving problem from phone memory to SD card and vice versa. As per your ResQ app I contacted your nearest I.e. uttarpara store and handed over my phone for software backup from oppo service centre on 17.10.21 and your executive trying to help me and returned my phone on 23.10.21 but the problem is still same. Now what I can do? Kindly co-operate and help.

After purchase they force you to higher them for mentence otherwise they don't take aney responsiblity of the product if they not work tomorrow. Please? don't go and buy anything from there. It's like rode side purchasing.
