★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor experience ..never go for Tredence interview...I was contacted by a HR, I have 14 years of experience and before the HR call I did not heard about this company ..but somehow I got convinced and accepted to through the interview
1) 13 May -1st round - A senior PM took my interview and I answered all the technical and functional questions
2) 19 May - 2nd round - Principal - Technology took my 2nd round interview and was impressed by my technical skills and project management skills
3) 26 May - 3rd and final round - VP of Data engineering - Interviewer was rude to me for no reason ..he asked me about my background that I narrated for 3 mins in details then he asked me 1 question on microservices that I answered as per my knowledge (may not be 100% convincing) ..Interview over in 6 mins ..he said he is done and asked if I had any question ..I was so amazed and shocked
My advise to anyone reading this ..do not waste your time like I did ..probably I was too expensive to them and probably the VP decides on the same ..what was the reason of ending interview after 1 question and 6 mins I am not sure

people without actual knowledge will take interview, and they will never care to provide response. I would rather rate 0. Don't risk your career here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SREENATH is their HR who's KRA is to conduct interviews and get internal projects and salary structure of big organization. They gather pay slips and such documents by luring candidate with lucrative offers (only commitment). Refrain from sharing personal documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They selected me for PRESALES CONSULTANT role (Management role). Asked for payslips, current salary structure and other personal documents but later denied to release offer letter. HRs are cheat here. They conduct interviews to get salary structure and internal details of MNC. BEWARE.

Company will sake you even if you are high performer, received appreciation from founder, worked for 48 hrs continuously without a break for the go-live and received exceptional rating in the last quarter appraisal. They just use employees and throw them once the work is done. Never understand the pain of the employee and cannot support by any means.
Don't believe the ratings and reviews. They are paid and it was a task for all the employees within the org to give out the best rating for the company across all the platforms. Hence all the Tredence employees will give the 5* rating without highlighting the actual issues with the organization.
