★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake builder and undeliverable commitment and worst crm team. Once u pay them u need to run behind them for everything. Not providing oc and cc. False commitment and misleading adds and statement from sales team. In simple don't even think of buying from this builder. Don't be in trap of there sales team statement and there reviews in Google. They deliver ur dream home in ur dream not in reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a flat in one of their project in Bangalore. They show only the dreamy pictures... in actual it does not exist. Most of the commitments during the sale are fake.
They failed to keep their words on Amenities, parking, certificats like completion, occupancy. The big blunder is they do hera pheri in property area too.
After sales service is very poor, I am not happy with this builder and they attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowparnika Projects being well reputed brand in real estate industry, i was looking for great investment particularly. Kajal the representative from Sowparnika told me about this amazing offers going on for Sowparnika Ashiyana... where builder is paying the rent till possession and also the entire wood work will be done by the builder itself.
These two points i really loved about this property, and i have already booked my abode of happiness.
Hope you book yours soon here at Sowparnika.
