How they cannot provide principal contact details to discuss the issue, we don’t want to take any risk against our kids and the matter is so sensitive and will approach to go in consumer court

As you can see, I am giving 1 star because without it, it just don't accept the review, otherwise its not even worth of it. Well, my son (2.5 yrs) had been to day care before (in Pune) for 5-6 hrs, Monday-Saturday.
My experience with Tree House -
1. Very friendly and caring at the time of admission. But after issuing post dated checks PDCs, least cares for your concerns.
2. Safety - When play group/nursery time ends, staff hand overs the kids to their parents without any verification. Crowd standing outside gate just grabs their kids and starts rolling. Horrible! No question asked, no verification done. with so many kids and parents, I doubt staff remembers perfectly and there is no chance of mishaps.
3. Staff is not caring and well trained. Not enough efforts taken from teacher and day care to get baby on board. They are least interested in understanding and catering to needs of baby. Staff is not able to connect with baby. If your kids settles down after few days/weeks, that will be his/her excellence rather than credit to staff.
4. Very often calls the parents to take away the kid when he/she cries. The question is - Why do we pay for and choose the best for our kids, to get the best out of our hard earned money and best facilities and comfort to our loved ones.
Avoid this center or set the expectation up-front.
