β β β β β This is classified as a 4 star hotel! I would rate it as slightly higher end Oyo rooms, in looks and furniture. As far as facilities is concerned, it's nothing better than a run of the mill Oyo rooms option.
It's surely not worth the price. I wouldn't pay more than 1500/- + taxes for it!
Positives:
1. Staff are polite and helpful
2. The atmosphere is homely. It seems the owners stay on ground floor and have rented the top 2-3 floors to Treebo and they run the place
3. The waiting area on each floor is admirable
Improvements needed:
1. Mosquitoes in the rooms, in waiting area on each floor, in the lobby and in passages have been my biggest concern. Surprisingly mosquitoes were present at night time and during day time, even at 12:30 in the afternoon! Just because the hotel refuses to put mosquito net on passage and staircase doors which are kept open all day and night!
2. I didn't want chemical sprays in my closed room nor do I like mosquitoe repellant in a closed room so there was no option but to turn on AC in the cold weather of November so that mosquitoes become lethargic in cold atmosphere and I kill them with my bare hands in my room!
3. I requested the small one man reception - including hotel owner - to clean up the room of mosquitoes. They didn't. And they can't. Not with the current small staff of semi professional helpers who work superficially and won't cater to such obnoxious request for killing mosquitoes, which is way of life for them.
4. I discovered the reason for mosquitoes in room was the way exhaust fan is placed in the bathroom. The glass window has been cut to accommodate the fan of exhaust and a shoddy job has been done so the exhaust fan hangs around the cut glass thereby giving mosquitoes small space around the fan to enter the bathroom from where they enter the room and bite you consistently! The room tariff is not worth the rate!
5. Bathroom fittings in rooms are old, rusty and don't work properly
6. Rooms are small with limited furniture
7. Two small Treebo soaps and a small tube of shampoo and moisturizer is provided in bathroom apart from 2 towels. Nothing else. No dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap, hair dryer, etc.
8. If you ask for a dental kit, 15/- kit is provided reluctantly
9. Breakfast items are extremely limited. In fact it's non existent. And it's late. They make breakfast, such as Allu Paratha or Gobi Paratha as per availability of vegetables. Buffet breakfast is not available. Cut fruits, bread and butter are provided on a plate when you ask for it
10. Same with Lunch and Dinner. No buffet lunch or buffet dinner when various options.
There is a large dining table which it seems is used mainly by the owners and hotel guests are encouraged to eat in their rooms. Standard meal of 3 chapatis, boul of vegetable, boul of daal and a cup of rice are served in a plate on a tray as dinner! No desert and no refils possible!
The place is a Guest House and not a hotel. Treebo may have good hotels but this is not one of them. My company booked this one for me for 2 weeks. I've complained to my company and am moving out as soon as another option is made available, within the next 2 days. At this rate I can get a proper 4 star hotel such as Holiday Inn!

β β β β β Worst experience ever in a star rated Hotel. It doesn't deserve the price they are quoting per night stay. I had checked in on last Sunday around 1:00 pm. It was surprising when I saw there is no one at reception desk.
A person received us and complete the formality & aslo update that becoz of sunday there is no one at reception. He took us to the room, it was quite good in size and interior. They had no lunch option at hotel so we ordered food from Zomato. The fridge in the room was not working, no bath-tube/bath-robe was there. No sleeper was there to use inside the room. Even no HD channels to watch in 48 inch television. One can avail these facility in a hotels charging 2000 to 3000 in NCR easily. Surprises was end less there, came to the swimming pool area in evening it was something around 12 feet into 20 feet in size with drain channels in three sides & and even in the deck size also. Although the deck area was tiny in size just to put attendence. Time of the guests was secondary thing there, actually we had to leave the hotel max by 9:00 am next day which was already confirmed to the room service so that they can serve the breakfast on time but they served the same at 9:30 am. The look and feel of the hotel from outside is like a premium residential apartment. There was no any signage there for a Treebo Hotel. What a star rated hotel ????? I had paid 5541 for a single night which was not justified anywhere.

β β β β β It's a house converted into a BNB. Felt unsafe with staff only present and just one guest, staff was lounging around watching TV in the lobby. Good bedrooms though. Good place to sleep if you need to be in Noida.

β β β β β A bungalow converted into luxurious stay. Rooms are spacious and luxurious, white linen all over gives royal feel. Huge bathrooms. No variety in food, availability of the food is also problem.

β β β β β I booked from yatra thinking of a 4 star hotel,
It was pathetic dirty Reception, complete hotel was smelly. The room I booked many of things were broken, TV was not working.
The worst part was the food, very limited choice and bad quality of taste.

β β β β β An awesome place run by an awesome couple who truly love what they do. Tastefully picked decor and furniture. Complete homelike vibes with the impeccable service of a 4 star hotel. Big comfortable rooms and beds. The food cooked in its kitchen can put you in a comatose state, filling and delicious and served with lots of love. The staff goes out of the way to make you comfortable. The pool is the icing on the cake. Overall we loved staying there and we hope to visit again soon.

β β β β β The hotel is not worth paying 6,700 Rs per night+100 service fee. AC is not turned on in the hotel at all so itβs super hot and little dusty. Room had a strange smell and the AC was terrible with unbearable smell in the room. Bathroom was not cleaned. Toilet has not been scrubbed in a while and the shower had so many blockages due to irregular cleaning. With the smell, uncleanliness, and improper functioning AC, oh! and the uncomfortable bed, I successfully got sick the next morning. Staffs were good when they were around but they were only available after 7:30 in the morning. Evening was a big circus since I did not speak good Hindi. Overall the hotel was pretty awful and doesnβt even have a name board at the entrance. Staffs were the only good part at this place.
