★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect place for a family to live in between the industrial area all the facilities are available here in society hospital, small super mall, gym, swimming pool, park, net ground, play room and even a gathering hall of around 500 occupancy for the society residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased flat in this society and n a very happy and agrsiv mood but the hole staff of marketing and maintenance teem and society rwa chair person are not to bother any care taking to the flat owner when we visited at maintenance office person spoken your maintenance is pending not cheque when the flat owner is coming in this society
Mr deegram ji well known about the society where repair and maintenance is pending or required but the person and their teem was not to do anything in this society builder not bothering what is happening in this society he was making towers and flat and earning his profits and Flat owner is in dilima

BE AWARE ! ALERT
Dont book property in this Project. People sitting in sales office at project, gives you scheme ( so called valid for 1 day only) and takes booking on fake commitments (Like Govt.Subsidy + Less rate interest from bank on your loan), They offered me definite 6.9% on paper.. later when bank for 8.9% or 10.5%... They say forget what is written while booking..it's your own problem..
1.) ITS JUST THEY BOOK WITH LUCRATIVE/FAKE OFFER..and later TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY.
2.)SALES TEAM HAS A TARGET to Book maximum flats on non-refundable clause, (Which they don't tell at the time of booking)
3.) KINDLY DONT GIVE THEM TOCKEN UNTILL YOU ARE NOT DONE WITH LOAN SENCTION PROCESS

Teble tennis courts, gymnastics, big club house, parking space and gardens are wonderful to enjoy with friends and family. Many families are resident of the complex. I love to reside here with the family.

2. Safety Zero
3. Security Guard Zero
4. Lift -Mostly out of service
5. Cleaning Zero
6. Land- central park occupied government land which is future sector road.
9. Staff behaviour - satisfactory
10.Maintenance team- Kisi kaam ka nahi
11.Electricity Power Backup - Every time fail.
13.Mostly bachlors are residing in the society.
14. Rent ₹3000 including maintenance.
15. Major issue- All flats are crack means there is a gape between piller and wall.
16.Seapage/Selan issue in all the tower.
17. Distance from main highway NH-8 to tapukara is approx 15KM but you cant reach within 30 min. because roads are very dangerous and more than 50 breakers are over thier.
18. You have to paid two toll tax Rs. 250 Approx
19. Neither proper health facilities nor proper market.
You have to visit Gurgaon for best quality product.
20. Society ke under koi boundry wall nahi hai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a 2 bhk flat in 2019 with a promise from the builder that it will be completed with 6 months. Its been 3 years since and its still not completed. I have sent several emails to them with no response. They have been sending their maintenance charges on a regular basis but not responding to my communication. I would urge you not to buy any flat from the builder unless its completely ready.
