β β β β β The place is far off from main Gurgaon and located in sector 14 Sohna. The township is just about average, since it being really far from Gurgaon and Delhi. Although, to sell the units here, the developers are terming it as South of Gurgaon, but if we see the ground realities, this isn't the case. Although infrastructure is shaping up rapidly, the prices of the property isn't going up proportionately.
