★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff service is very poor, they don't know in which product they provide discount or not. Yesterday I bought couple of tshirt from trends and they said in this product u will get 20% discount, later I gone for billing and cashier said no discount in this product, and when i said that staff who gave me this product he said ' Sir mujhe pata nai hai' what the hell is this. Pantaloons is much better than trends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was very poor, also have issue with price tags ? Collection was not good.? waste of time &money. No Branded cloths were there also quality of the product is nonsense. Fake offer listed. But yes you can get another 500 rupees coupon if you shop anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about the staff? Rude will be an insult to all rude people out there; one of the staff literally bodyshamed me for no reason because I was checking out a kurti! If concerned authorities are reading this, please undertake provisions of training for your staffs focusing on appropriate behaviour towards customers.

But the new return policy is very much bad..
I went to exchange my dress
They told me that you have to 250 extra for other prizes clothes
Otherwise I have to buy a clothes of the same prize.
They have never told the return policy while buying the clothes.
I am very much disappointed..?
