★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst parlour I have ever visited. Whenever u take package/coupoN from any other side they treat you like u have come to take the service for free.i don't know which products they use it's not even 1% effective.in package they give pedicure and manicure for 4 min. Later when u ask them to put nail paint they'll say we don't give in package.
Worst experience ever.dont ever visit this parlour...it's totally waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good salon,I have done smoothing in my hair Ballygunge branch,the service was excellent by staff,I would like to mention name one of them,Wasim is very professional and experienced person,he did my smoothing and I am very happy with his work ?.

They only need money..no good service
A BIG BIG NOOOOOOO...!!
AS we entered we are asked that we are half hour late so we will have to wait..no proper welcome nothing..thr is a girl Jyoti such a big liar she is.. trying to create rift between me n my sister..
We are asked that ma'am ur skin is like this please get our ozone treatment done..so we were not ready for same..
I left for leg waxing in other room but I could hear what conversation is going on outside..
The other lady with Madhumitha is telling my sister the same thing..
While Jyoti in room is telling me that your sister is agreeing for ozone treatment and asking Madhumitha not to tell about the same to my sister..
Who the hell are u man..what cheap way to get money man...!!!
If there was a minus rating I can happily give that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hair and beauty salon situated in gurusaday road near ccfc club and BITM. They have really good staff. They customer are feel like they are pampered like anything. They offer some good package also. The staff are really nice with a very good behavior and attitude. But one thing you should keep in my please call them and book a time for you as this salon is packed up everytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for hair straightening which they told me that if I go for protein protection then my hair quality will be much better. So I took protein treatment as well by paying 4200rs
But.. After 3 days of straightening I went for wash..
And guess what???
My hair became horrible than before
I complained them...
They said because of my hair texture it happened ,any how they gave a repair after a month and after repair...
My hair... Became irepairable...
Never ever go this salon.

Most importantly they did not gave me any bill otherwise I would have taken this matter further.
Cheaters... Uses fake product...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a bad mistake to go there. Went for keratin treatment. Wasim was the person who attended to me. He only knows how to argue... He argued for everything ... In the end the results were not as desired. He had no manners of talking or of treating a customer. While shampooing some one else came... Stopped my shampoo and started taking water from the basin... When I asked they said.. the bathroom must have been locked! They didn't inform there is a charge for towels... When asked why not informed earlier... Wasim said we might loose the customer. The place was untidy with hair everywhere. Do not go there. And definitely don't take any help from wasim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here at all. They charge prices according to their wish and if you have any voucher they will refuse to perform the service. This outlet must be shut down immediately as it's duping their customers and use subpar products even after you pay the full price.
