★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My I phone IC was not working, they didn't even got it checked with technical team on repairing or replacing IC, straight away said that you may exchange mobile phone for INR 30000 for same mobile model.
It seems in Covid times or non Covid times every business person wants to make huge income every single day. Shame on Apple company and its authorised dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Pathetic people. They don't even diagnose the iphone SE 2020 and offered directly the replacement with 26K. And I told him I purchased the Iphone in 26K in diwali offer. So they were like we cant diagnose it only we have replacement offer.
I am going to raise the case the Apple Headquarter. And will tweet to apple what kind of service they are providing.

Only option available is replacement.
If you want some spare part you can have it here. Otherwise it is useless.
If you are in warranty period, you can get replacement free of cost.
If you are not in warranty period( after 1 year), you can get replacement at 60% of original device.
Miserable and incompetent staff.
My experience: I came here when my iPad screen became black occasionally. It was not in warranty period. They told that they cannot repair it. They can replace it at a huge cost (₹45000; fresh device cost around ₹68000) and my device would would be sent to Bangalore. You would lose all data and would take a week for receiving new device. I did not agree and went home. Kept the device aside.
After a few days my iPad turned on on its own. It is working fine. There must have been some loose connection or something like that.
Think of it if I had fell into their business deals!!
