★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place. Went there for breakfast. 4 star for their courtesy and property. I would rate their buffet breakfast much lower. The place is small and the spread is not that great. The usual food items and only one live station for omelette/eggs. I like the buffet at leela in Gurgaon, much better place and many more options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent stay in your hotel has been nothing short of amazing, upon entering the room I was surprised to find a prayer mat kept in the room kept in advance and then the housekeeping staff placing a plate full of dates with a personal note for me.
Both the actions took me by surprise that you give so much importance to customers personal situation and accordingly take the effort to delight them in unexpected ways.
Thanks you Trident Gurgaon and thank you Himanshu for being so kind.
Truly appreciate the gestures and the efforts. Will come back surely.

We had visited on our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised as we received a complimentary cake and room upgrade. Food was great, property is really nice and service was exceptional. Overall, a great experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t fall for photos available on there websites or any other travel site. Garden view is biggest scam. Pool view is actually a Waterbody view which is good but window glasses are clear and no privacy is there without curtains…
Property is overly expensive as compared to other available options is same price. Food was good, service was good, staff is very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the hotel is beautiful, it is not an inclusive hotel and does not deserve to be in the 5-star ranking. I have knee problems and my husband called before asking if the pool was next to the bedroom door, we were informed that yes, when I arrived at the hotel I came across many stairs without any access ramp. Nowadays, how a hotel there are no ramps for people with disabilities or in wheelchairs. We were also told that the pool was heated, but the pool was extremely cold and the children could not enjoy it. The food was extremely expensive and did not match the taste and variety, a simple 40 rupees chocolate cost 200 at the hotel. A positive point was the cordiality of the employees who are to be congratulated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a decent luxury hotel. Good Courteous staff and nice property. Well maintained property, however rooms are not that luxurious as it expected to be. We had good time during our stay. Staff name- Amandeep, Antara and Chef Udai really taken care of us. We were delighted by staff.
They made our anniversary special !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay! We booked a room for 2 nights before our flight and the location turned out to be very convenient from the airport (15 mins drive without traffic). Our room was very comfortable and the customer service was impeccable. Did not get the time to use the gym facility but it’s well spaced out with a nice view of the pool. Good breakfast spread with several options. Will definitely be staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful property. Massive size of the building makes u feel tiny like in a some kind of royal palace which is mesmerising.
Rooms are spacious with big comfortable bed. Water garden view is very unique and best to wake up to. All the amenities are there - minibar, iron and good hairdryer. The socket to plug the iron though is very difficult to find. It would be nice to have the information about it in the beginning.
The pool is very big, there is also big spa and a pool bar. It was very hot in the afternoon and i felt the water was too cold - probably pool is not temperature controlled which is an important detail especially in less hot months. Also they refused to serve ice cream at the pool which was surprising and upsetting, I've been told I could have it in the restaurant only.
The hotel has smoking rooms otherwise all the territory is non-smoking besides one small special smoking bench outside. So you can’t smoke at the bar or restaurant, even outside.
The service at the all day dining restaurant was very good at the dinner - attention to detail, good product knowledge, friendly and professional approach. However at the breakfast i felt we were rushed. Plates were cleared even before finishing without asking, too many waiters, too many times checking if we needed anything else. They have huge choice of food which u need time to enjoy but felt like they wanted you to leave fast.
The location unfortunately is not good. Seems like it is close to the mall (1 km) and airport (13km) by distance but traffic jam is so bad(you can also hear the honking from the highway) that it took us 30 min one way to reach the mall which is 1 km away but on the opposite side of the highway and 1 hour to reach the airport. And it was not any special date or time the taxi drivers were saying it is always like that there. The hotel staff also didn’t inform us about that they said - 20 min to the airport. And if you plan to visit the mall keep in mind that drivers don’t want to pick u up cause it is not far but too much traffic. It would be nice for the 5 star hotel to have a free shuttle bus to the mall.
Overall, I would say good service and product balanced the imperfections. Good for a short stay without going out.
