★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Trifecta today.. Ambience is peaceful.. Gave a good impression look wise. But elevation is not that attractive, I must say. Also very expensive for the size of villa and especially that location.. Far away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price seems reasonable, the villas are spacious and the row houses are also well designed. Is around 8 kms from Decathlon on old Madras road, is a little far from main city. However the main road is getting widened and connectivity would be improved once the road construction is done

Long term, it will be a great location, as its just 30mins away from Bengaluru International Airport, 30mins to ITPL via KR Puram, 30mins to Seegehalli/Kadugodi, 20mins to Giest and 20mins to Brigade Golden Triangle. It's also like 15mins away from KIADB park, which has huge residencial projects like Prestige Finsbury, Brigade Eldorado etc.
I did a full scooter ride on this area in 2021. The location is really peaceful and surrounded by greenery. You will notice it's next to farms. The marketing team and sales team were friendly. The quality of components used in row homes are same as the one used in villas (including electrical, doors, railings, upvc windows, bath fittings, marble floors, wooden laminates for bedrooms etc.).
Villas were slightly expensive for me, but worth considering long term living.
With road widening happening, the connectivity will be amazing in a year. In 3 years, this area along with KIADB will have lot of residencial population, which will further drive the other things like hospitals, shoping malls etc. At the moment, a hospital is min 30min drive (if i am correct).
Overall, considering the price and quantity, it's a great option for one to consider.

I purchased around 7 months ago and builder is very kind to accommodate each and every change I had requested. Always very prompt. Built just 150 meters from 4 lane National Highway and just 30 min to international Airport. Row villas will be handed over by Aug 2022 along with clubhouse and other 100 individual villas. Very good project for unvestment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought a Rowvilla and our friend bought Villa.. before buying we explored many properties in several locations, but we felt this is better investment, prices are realistic, built quality is really good.. and one good thing about Rowvilla the UDS we get is 1275sf. This project is layout approved but the construction approval is with developers only, so here customers are benefiting where they have to pay a land registration charges, it will not cost more then 3.5 lac for 40x40 Villa.. company guys helped us a lot in payments flexibility and in other things.. all clear title go for it.. amazing.
