★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we really had a bad experience with Radiance Blossom, Particularly there sales team , to be specific Mathew , he was very arrogant and rude and not really being customer oriented. He made us travel for the unit which was already sold. Its very unfortunate that only guy in the site is him and no body else is available to discuss. We went to there with complete family to negotiate the deal with a check book in hand to close the deal . But we had to cancel the deal because of his arrogance and lack of proper communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the project, but somehow we were not able to agree on pricing.
But one thing I found missing in the project and from the sales team is no clear definition of the design of the whole project, they don't have a single brochure which give me end to end all elements of the project like club house and amenities. In their video on the website club house was in front, now it's moved inside. Design of the clubhouse is changed. None of the design elements, fountains, parks, activity areas cleary displayed in any document. If anybody investing more than 1.5cr will look in the whole project and the lifestyle project is giving. They lacks in that aspect. Their brochure and project video should give me clear shot of every aspect of project, whether inside the house or in the whole project.
But, overall sales team is good and answered all our queries patiently.

- Right on the Whitefield Airport main road. Connectivity is not an issue at all.
- Road is being widened. Should be a four lane road in next one year
- Access to areas like Whitefield, Indiranagar should be fairly easy
- Decent schools within 10km radius
- There are big projects from Prestige, Brigade and other mid level builders in the vicinity and there will be a lot of commercial development in next 5 years. Delivery from online grocery and food aggregators like Bigbasket, Swiggy, Zomato etc. should not be an issue
Pros about the project:
- Small villa community
- As a villa project, this is relatively under budget (again, this can be subjective)
- All standard amenities are available
- Fast construction and possession (at least for Phase 1)
- They allow customisation
- Quality of construction looks decent
Cons:
- Rooms are relatively smaller. 4bhk on 1200sqft and 5bhk on 1500sqft plots
- Open space is less. Outdoor amenities are a little cramped
- Elevation is OK lookwise, 5bhk is slightly better compared to 4bhk. But nothing wow
- Price still looks slightly on the higher side if you see the overall value proposition
- The road may be extremely busy in next 2-3 years increasing pollution
Bottom line: If you are someone looking to buy a 3/3.5bhk apartment from Tier 1 builder worth 1.3Cr+, and want to upgrade to villa living and can compromise slightly on open outdoor space, this is something you should definitely consider. For someone who wants to invest in a “luxurious” villa project with a lot of greenery and open space and amenities, you should probably look somewhere else. It kind of ticks almost all the boxes for a budget conscious villa buyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi - Today 20-Feb-2022 I have visited the Radiance Blossom budigere. The project seems to be in completion mode. I am interested in property however the graveyard issue is coming to my mind. Rest all things are looking fine for me but price seems to be on higher side. I have gone through almost all reviews and i do see that most of them are personal experience / complaints rather than complete project review which surely will not help new buyers like me. I would say only grave-yard issue is tricky one as of now. Thanks to all and i hope it helps new buyers making a right decision. I am yet to receive a call from marketing team person and keeping my fingers crossed. I will update if i make any progress on this deal :).. Happy home hunting :)
