The location is well connected to all major hubs in Bangalore, and still the place is quite away from noisy and polluted parts of Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well constructed and maintained villas. It has almost every high end facilities and amenities inside it's campus itself. The construction looks traditional outside but very contemporary in inside with lift and all for an individual house. So obviously cost would be at its higher side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend not to venture into this project. I have paid and got stuck in this project for years. They are extremely slow and not bothered about the investors. Always busy in selling.
Even after 7 years CLUB HOUSE is not built. Horrible builders. THICK skinned and shameless fellows. Do not waste your money on this project.
Builders are only interested in collecting the money and later turn deaf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the only project which will run for 15years. i remember when he launched that project rates in that area was 500rupees to 700rupees, now surrounding area land rates is 3200 to 5000 still he is selling villas.i heard they are greddy malayalis,they has decided till this area becomes sadashivanagar he will keep selling this Villa's .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Gated community with well built villas. They range from A, B and C type villas and vary in size and square feel area. Spacious and the lawn provided in each villa makes it look bigger.
A common pool is big and the community sports facilities such as a club house and tennis court soon they will have snooker, TT and other activities available.
Quiet and peaceful at night as noise levels are kept to minimum. Great place to stay and relax.
