Before purchasing we visited their factory. We got excellent welcome and all our doubts are cleared by proper demonstration of laser machine. The price was also very competitive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After completing the 1 year of warrenty,,,they dont take the phone calls ,,,,and for maintenance they not come ,,,the z axis fall down is most common problem for cnc router ,,,,i called 1 month back ,they just add a complaint and dont take action,,,,
The enginneers are not not so much talented,,,
Dont buy any machine from trilok lasers,,,,,
I m prasad sutar from mudal titta ,,,
We purchased 2 machines but have z axis problems .....
