★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This petrol pump is situated in a very peaceful place and at proper road side. That's why it is very easy to notice. People can reach quickly.
People can take rest few moments and also any can refresh them by using their toilets.
Toilets are cleaned properly, hygienic well maintained. All the staff are friendly helpful.
Their friendly behaviour and helpful nature is remarkable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management, only premium petrol is available most of the time. Cars & two wheelers are asked to make qué at the same place, causing delay & misunderstanding among customers. Only two boys handling the crowd, rest are sitting in office. No free air point operational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indian oil petrol pump. Citi indian oil credit card points can be redeemed. Though bike and car have separate queue, car will be attended after atleast 20 bikes, no matter how early car has arrived. Not recommended to car owners if you are in a hurry during busy time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is completely mismanagement.No queue of particular vehicle even you are already waiting for your turn you may receive that for your vehicle the queue is on the other side.They don't understand the value of time . Really disappointed.I wish their non-bengali staffs should talk in a proper manner ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very good . Ambience is good. Only one machine in peak hours whereas one more machine remains idle which can be utilised.Air is not always available moreover the air station has become a business junction for a staff who is also repairing tyres and so the attention is mainly for the tyre repairing job, the petrol pump authority is closing one eye , we tried to tell the authority but manager is not paying attention or may be getting some shares from it. Next pump is around 1kms.
