★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Tikona, and it's the worst internet broadband in this area. They are wrongly using the name of triple play broadband. Tikona is a cheat with pathetic customer service. Talking from experience. Don't fell in their trap first check consumer forum reviews then decide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I have taken connection on 17Feb' 2021 and paid 6 months money in advance and from next day of installation, I am facing issues. Never ever trust these people.
They will say long terms plans will be cost friendly and advertise the same and once you pay. All you get empty pocket, complaint tickets and rude replies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They are not at listening after paying money. Just applied for their newbroadband. The person did poor wiring. After raising multiple times complaints in customer care. No one came to resolve. Just talking over phone saying they don't have time. Overall very very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triple play broadband is one of the worst service provider. They don’t understand the pain and take customer on granted basis.
Navneet is the owner of the company and he’s helpless person. WiFi is not working from last 6 days and I raised multiple times even I wrote a mail to Navneet also but no response from anyone. Navneet never take any action against such issues.
Their services are so pathetic, so think twice before getting new connection.
Even they charged INR 1,500 at the time of new connection which is refundable at the time of disconnecting the services but when I asked for the same then they said there’s no such policy. They are cheaters.
Please think multiple time before taking new connection of Triple Play broadband, Gurgaon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience so far ... salesperson Ravi lied in first place with regards to the range of wifi. Then when i had to buy my own router they have zero support to help me put my router in place. Similar to other reviews their technician Sureh has the worst attitude. Post getting the money the person has not even replied to my phone calls.
WORST SERVICE SO FAR , PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.
PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR IT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE.
